I stumbled upon your highly informative website a couple of years ago. The service you provide is invaluable, the world needs more meditators and your info converts like no other resource. In fact, your inspirational articles were what lit a fire under my rear-end to pick up the practice myself!

I did end up buying your program last month. Needless to say, I had lofty expectations going in! I thought my two years of meditation experience were enough for me to not need an “aid” of any kind, but boy was I wrong!

I just wanted to say a big “Thank You” for the inner peace that your products have brought me. I bought all nine of the sound files (27 in all I guess) and I listen to them every day. It has only been about a month but I am already a very different person than what I used to be.

I have a difficult and demanding job which does not pay me very much – yet I am happy now. I don’t seem to ever feel overwhelmed anymore and I have come to the point in my life where I can finally live in the moment.

First, I wanted to let you know that as a lifelong on-and-off again meditator (since the 1980’s).

Compared to the few books available when I first began, I’m so excited about the new technologies which make getting all of meditation’s rewards and benefits so much easier. I remember what a struggle it was for me at the beginning to want to continue, but thankfully I did.

Please forgive me for my much too tardy response. I did not have a headset until yesterday when my daughter gave me a set for my birthday (which was yesterday, incidently).

Last night I did my first session and my mind chatter was like a pinball game. However, this morning my brain felt calmer. I concentrated on the undertone which at first sounded like a persistent major 5th then seemed to be a low octave.

I was unable to completely stop the mind chatter but I concluded my session and went forth and had a joyful and productive day.

It’s barely a week since I downloaded EquiSync and I’m already seeing big changes! I’m sleeping more soundly and for longer. I used to wake up earlier than the alarm clock, now I want to sleep more, as I used years ago!

I feel more awake and sharper at work, can concentrate better, manage my tasks more efficiently and interact actively with my colleagues. I have even noticed a drastic reduction in my night trips to the bathroom! (quite normal for someone with BPH).

Not sure it is related but I am even facing the prospect of surgery to be had soon with a more positive attitude, while until a few days ago I was just frightened by the idea.

Regarding the CD’s that you have developed, is a big “WOW” factor with me. They do everything that you say they will do! For brain entrainment, I personally rate them very highly indeed.

I am no novice to this type of technology! I have been using for the last several years what I call my “meditation machine,” [from another company] that also uses binaural/isochronic beats, tones, etc…

Now I must admit that the development of your CD’s isochronic/binaural brain wave entrainment programs, in my honest opinion, is not only cheaper on my pocket, (big time), but superior!

I am an owner of your meditation mp3s and use them almost daily. I go to sleep with it playing most nights (using earphones of course). I try to keep my sessions to less than an hour, but it’s easy to go overboard…

Hello, I bought Equisync two years ago, and I like it so much but don’t listen everyday, only when I feel I need my brain entertained :).

Last month I visited my mom who has headaches almost everyday, CT scan and MRI turned out good, thank God.

I have now listened to all the tracks across the three programs and like many others, my favourite tracks are the ones with the drum soundscape.

Since I have sorted out what volume was best for me, meaning being able to consciously hear the background entrainment tones, it seems that I just sit down to listen and the track is finished.

I know that you are meant to focus on the breathing, and I do, but I find the sound of the entrainment tones quite soothing.

I cannot imagine my life without my daily Equisync meditation session!

I have been using your product for about a month and I feel like I am getting good and interesting results. I am sleeping better and have been able to generate really great ideas and deep thoughts while listening to EquiSync (~46 min in the morning and night)… I feel a kind of detoxification of the brain both during and after each meditation session.

I recently acquired the EquiSync complete set, and though I have just started listening I have noticed an improvement in my mental state. The first day listening to the first disk induced a peaceful altered state. The next day I noticed I awoke with a better mood, better concentration, and clarity of thought.

In the past I have experimented with other products but did not seem to get much out of them, which was disheartening. I honestly had a doubt EquiSync would work for me and for very good reason; I lost the hearing in my left ear when I developed an infection at age 26.

Consequentially I did not have high expectations other than having something pleasant to listen to while writing. Even though stereo is a thing of the past; I can still feel sound pressure on my left eardrum. The partial tactile sensation does seem to impart some bi-directional sensation to the music. Even with my disability, I am getting something from listening and look forward to gradually working my way through the rest of the CD’s.

I have been a meditator for decades and follow a Yogic discipline, so my background has perhaps helped me to compensate a little better, even so the effects have been immediate and therefore I can imagine that anyone without my disability would respond very well to the entrainment technology so professionally reproduced in EquiSync.

My boyfriend bought the whole set I, II, & III EquiSync for me and I am loving it!!!! I’m a student and I am listening to EquiSync every time I do school work and reading. I used to get distracted very easily and could only study or do school work in quiet places.

I have had the EquiSync CD’s now for a week. I totally believed that they did what you said because I had experienced the whole brainwave phenomena, sensory deprivation, mind expanding culture back in the 70’s and 80’s.

Needless to say life got in the way and I got distracted and sidetracked, you know how it goes. Lost track of who I was and was called to serve life in other ways.

Using your system I am sensing a redistribution of energy within my head. I am attracted to the comfortable chair, the ear buds, the disc player and the whole meditative experience. This was not so prior to your entrainment.

I must admit, I have listened to them all so far and I am finding an amazing difference. I feel very calm, relaxed and the little things that used to irritate me appear to have subsided. I have a lot more patience as well.

But one thing I have noticed a lot of improvement is my face. I am extremely chuffed about my eyes, they now look very deep blue and bright, with the whites extremely clear and my complexion really good.

I have even grown out my beard! Everyone compliments me on it, where as before they used to say no it really doesn’t suit you, when I used to grow one.

I really do notice a big difference after meditating with EquiSync. Not sure how to describe it quite yet but it’s good! I have a home studio and a recording studio I go to so I might have to try adding some affirmations after I get familiar with all the tracks. I’m actually reading “Think And Grow Rich” now. I’m halfway through. My goal is to get my health back to normal.

EquiSync rocks!

I started your Equisync program about three and a half weeks ago. I decided to take each section and spend a week with it for the whole 27 weeks. A slow and steady approach. I listen to each program at least two times. Three times if I am falling asleep. But basically I am doing two sessions a day with very little falling asleep now…

First a couple notes. I know the whole purpose is to achieve an altered state. And I know that the ability to do that increases in both depth and intensity over time. I figure if I get into a good state, then I am doing it right and will trust that over time the desired results will occur.

And I have been getting into some good states since the beginning. There were only a couple days where a good, deep altered state did not occur. But even then, something did happen.

And I am taking my time and working through the whole series. That is the only way that it will work for me. So that is what I am doing. And I am getting some significant results already.

I have a history with trouble sleeping. Now, I am not sleeping longer just yet, but I seem to be sleeping deeper. So I am a bit more rested when I get up. I did not expect miracles in a week or so. Slow and steady wins the race.

I am presently doing Equisync 1. I have been doing this for 4 days now. Through the first three sessions over the last three weeks, I have been experiencing some good results in terms of getting into a much deeper meditative state.

This is where it gets a little weird. Ever since I started the Equisync 1 session, the responses have become extreme… [sensitive personal experience removed]

These sessions are knocking me on my rear end!.. Any ideas? Any suggestions?

Sometimes while using your program, the things I see in my mind’s eye are incredible: higher frequency colors (mostly purple), hypnagogic (sp?) imagery, and sometimes it’s like I have a TV in my head with the channels being changed…

For awhile now I have been feeling the need to meditate with something deep and powerful, and I think EquiSync may be the answer. I’m looking forward to more!

Hi I have been using your original Cds that I bought 3 years ago…

I am a Vibrational Medicine Practitioner and have a very busy clinic in [city removed]. I have a long list of clients, some or which are well known VIPs.

I feel I reached a more basic level than ever before this date. I was wearing some magnetic finger rings I’ve long had, which I think enhanced EquiSync. I hope you will think this is O.K.

Also, a habit I have developed is: when I find my mind churning away at not very relaxing things, I think three words—Light (I get a sense of light, eyes closed and looking up), Space (I get a sense of space around me), Depth (depth of relaxation)— somehow this last word creates more relaxation, and helps me to cut the mental chatter and simply experience the sounds.

I have had the pleasure of your tapes for 9 days now, and I am pleased to report that the benefits are incredible. My major issues have been for years the lack of quality sleep. Resorted to sleep aids 12 years ago and the depth of sleep has not been there.

I have listened to other frequencies a lot in the past. I felt relaxed but I never could tell if they actually did anything.

The first day I got these I didn’t know to listen only a couple of times. I listened 3 hours.

After writing my last email to you, I went shopping at the grocery store. I bought a few items and enjoyed the experience. I had an unexpected benefit from my first time listening to the EquiSync demo and I thought I would tell you about it.

I did note a lot of cracking going on in my back and by the time I got back home, the severe pain I had had in my neck at the base of the skull was almost gone. In fact there wasn’t any pain in the rest of my back either. I ate a little and became really sleepy. On my way to bed, I noticed that my spine was much straighter and was pain free.

After the 2 hour nap, I got up and walked back to the kitchen. My spine was straight, my gait was stable and I didn’t feel like I was about to tip over. In fact my body feels better than it has in 15-20 years.

Have been taking everything that my doctor could think of and had very bad experiences from them all. I recently purchased the Equisync 1, 2, & 3 programs from your website. I have to say that after 1 day I feel immediate benefits…

Last night I did two 30 minute sessions spaced about 4 hours apart of the Alpha session. The benefits were immediate after about 20 minutes into it.

Today I started with an Equisync 1 session for 30 minutes, about 15 minutes later I started a 30 minute E2 session then immediately following I went and shifted the plane of awareness to Delta with a 30 minute E3 session.

Since it was the weekend and I am fortunate to have Sunday off from work I was able to experiment with that mixture of sessions before I went to sleep. I awoke still in the Delta state and have been feeling absolutely fantastic throughout the day.

Again, I really appreciate your work in this field. My only complaint is that the tracks are too short!… I already feel smarter with this product.

I downloaded the demo to see how our son would take to the sounds etc as having [medical condition removed] there are certain noises he can’t tolerate. But 2 nights in a row now he has been asleep within 2 minutes of me putting the headphones on him – this is a child that hardly sleeps!

This morning I woke up to find he had got himself up and changed, we have been trying to get him to do this for a year now. He had made his own breakfast without being prompted, and was in front of the telly practicing taekwondo patterns that he hasn’t been taught but was copying from the DVD he’s got. It is documented by pediatricians that he can’t mimic movement from visual instruction alone or understand verbal instructions.

I love equisync! It works wonderfully just like the Integration sound bath in Landers, California. You folks should hear what it does.
